If you are a newbie, don't be bothered if you are having a hard time registering and/or logging in your PTC (paid to click sites) because of an IP related error such as....
"Multiple accounts detected"
"This computer has been assigned to 1 IP"
This is normal especially if you are in the Philippines and you use an internet provider such as Smart Broadband, Globe Tattoo, and Sun Broadband. You have to understand these internet providers use shared IP to its users. This means that an IP address can be used by many users.
So the solution is simple. Just turn OFF your internet connection and then turn it ON again after 2 minutes to change your IP. Then try to register/login again. If you still get the IP error then just OFF/ON internet again every 2 minutes until you can register/login successfully.
